1. Agreement to Terms: By placing an order or using our website/store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Order Placement:

We accept orders through our website or over e-mail / phone. E-Mail or phone orders will have an invoice generated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
3. Payment:
- We accept Stripe online. Different payment options could be arranged for custom work.
- Payment is due upon order placement of goods for purchased online.
- We may charge a late payment fee for outstanding balances on custom work.
- We offer shipping to the continental United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for damages to the goods incurred during transit.
- For most shipping carriers we carry insurance on orders. Contact us with any issues.
5. Returns and Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must have been used as intended.
- Paper products damaged during shipping may be replaced, contact us in the event of shipping damage.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
- For returns or replacements, please contact us directly. We may handle shipping cost depending on the issue.
6. Limited Liability:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse or improper handling of our products.
- All content on our website/store is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
- I do not share information about customers unless required under law.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and the United States.
